The Bonfanti winery's philosophy centers on this terroir, where the wine produced is an expression of the limestone soil and climate, influenced by the proximity of pristine forests. The small size of the vineyard has allowed it to be treated with meticulous care, like a tiny living organism. All of this has enhanced the soil's properties through cultivation practices that yield high-quality grapes, eliminate the use of synthetic products like pesticides and herbicides, and allow the resulting wine to achieve perfect balance.
