Where does the event take place?

The HELIO Center Augsburg is very conveniently located directly next to Augsburg's main train station. Augsburg, in Bavaria-Swabia, is one of the oldest cities in Germany with almost 300,000 inhabitants.

Why am I not receiving a printable ticket?

For sustainability reasons, we will send you an order confirmation email/mobile ticket. Simply report to the box office at your designated entry time, show your mobile ticket (which shows the name of the ticket purchaser), and you're done!

Why are there specific booking times?

To facilitate contact tracing of all attendees, we kindly ask visitors to book their desired entry time for the indoor area. This is mandatory and ensures a fair and even distribution of guests, organizers, helpers, winemakers, and exhibitors.

What does the hygiene concept look like?

We use digital tickets to regulate visitor flow and entry times, while also documenting potential contacts.

2. Use of walkways in the covered indoor area
3. Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
4. Use hand hygiene at entrances/exits
5. Complete!

What happens to my ticket if the event is cancelled?

Zero risk! If the event has to be cancelled due to the current situation, everyone will receive a refund within 14 days!
