Welcome to the Villa Pani winery: A new dimension of passion for Piedmontese wine tradition. The Villa Pani winery proudly presents the classics of Piedmont in an exciting reinterpretation by Stella Grasso. Stella, from a long-established winemaking family in the heart of Piedmont, grew up surrounded by wine. Her deep connection to this fascinating craft led her early on to the renowned viticultural school in Alba, where she immersed herself in oenology.

Inspired by winemaking practices in Australia, Stella returned to Piedmont with the firm intention of creating wines that authentically reflect the true character of her Piedmontese homeland. She always kept in mind that she wanted to appeal to wine lovers with less experience. The labels of Villa Pani wines proudly display their creator's name and bear the inscription "Interpretato da Stella Grasso" – and this is precisely what makes these wines so exceptional.

The foundation for these outstanding wines lies in the unique calcareous clay soils where the incomparable Barolos thrive amidst the rolling hills of Asti and Alessandria. Here, vines up to 40 years old produce authentic wines with impressive structure and complexity.

Barolo, often called the "king of wines," is a fascinating yet demanding subject. Stella Grasso and her Barolos, however, are a true delight and well worth discovering. With her deep roots in winemaking, Stella produces wines that embody the soul of Piedmont. Her experience in Australia has honed her eye for innovation and quality, without neglecting Piedmontese tradition.

The foundation for outstanding wine is, of course, always first-class grapes. Stella sources the grapes for her top wines from the best sources: "Bussia," the historic and still most famous Barolo cru; "Rio Sordo," a single Barbaresco vineyard with an unmistakable balsamic touch; and hand-picked Barbera grapes for the Nizza DOCG, which come from select vineyards in Nice and Castel Boglione.

At the Villa Pani winery, tradition and innovation merge to create a unique wine experience. Savor Stella Grasso's passion and dedication in every sip and discover the classics of Piedmont in a new and exciting way.
