The Bonfanti Rosso Verona Le Grotte red wine from Veneto is aged in barriques and has an intense ruby-red color. The wine offers aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, elegant, and has a lingering finish.

This IGT wine is the result of careful research and testing of our own grapes, as well as those of native and international Italian grape varieties. After a brief drying and aging in oak barrels, it matures for at least three months in the bottle. Its pleasant smoothness makes it a perfect match for pasta, meat, cheese, and roasts.

After careful selection, the grapes are briefly dried and then pressed. The must then undergoes controlled fermentation and maceration on the skins, is aged in barriques, and finally bottled.
