TIKHARI is the result of over a decade of laboratory work at the Sarajishvili factory in Tbilisi to produce a high-quality alcohol, which is a macerate of dried sediment from the inside of the walnut. The base alcohol is wheat, but the effect is just like having a long-aged brandy!
