This grappa is produced through traditional Bagnomaria distillation in a discontinuous steam still, where the different pomaces are first distilled separately and then combined.

Woodruff, a wild, perennial herbaceous plant, is harvested in the forests of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone before being infused into the grappa. This plant, traditionally valued for its strengthening, diuretic, and digestive properties, gives the grappa a mild and refreshing taste that is perfectly rounded.
