Marani Satrapezo Icewine stands for exclusivity, tradition, and supreme craftsmanship. The name "Satrapezo" is derived from the Greek word "Trapeza" – the sacred table. In ancient Georgian culture, the most exquisite wines were served at ceremonial occasions and were reserved only for dignitaries. This special appreciation lives on in the Satrapezo line – wines of exceptional quality and depth, which combine the best of selected plots from the Kondoli vineyards.

• Bouquet: The nose reveals aromas of ripe pears, candied berries, honey, and golden raisins
• Taste: Lively fruit flavors, underscored by natural sweetness, are well-balanced with a hint of orange peel. The finish is fresh with a fruity note, followed by an enticing citrus taste that lingers long after drinking.

For this icewine, exclusively fully frozen Rkatsiteli grapes are used, hand-picked in early December at temperatures of approximately –9 °C. Through natural frost concentration, the frozen water separates from sugar, acid, and aromatic substances – leaving behind a highly concentrated must of impressive intensity. After careful selection and gentle pressing, a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about two months. Subsequently, the wine matures for several months under cooling, is carefully filtered, bottled, and further refined in the bottle before release.

• Ingredients: Grapes, acidity regulators (contains tartaric acid and/or malic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservatives (sulfur dioxide). Bottled by Telavi Wine Cellar under protective atmosphere.

Lush notes of candied citrus fruits, honey, ripe apricot, and exotic accents combine with a lively acid structure, providing elegance and balance. Despite its concentrated sweetness, it appears precise and harmonious, with a long, complex finish. An exceptional dessert wine for special moments – powerful, noble, and of impressive finesse.
