This exquisite wine is made from hand-picked grapes, carefully selected from the finest vines in the Kondoli vineyard. By artificially reducing yields to 4-5 tons per hectare, the quality and concentration of the grapes are maximized, resulting in exceptional intensity and aroma. The grapes, exclusively Rkatsiteli, are gently harvested in small crates to preserve their freshness and structure. After hand-harvesting, they are placed in traditional qvevri – large, clay-bound wine barrels buried in the ground.
