The Pasta di Gragnano Caccavella IGP in its terracotta bowl contains four large pasta shapes and matching serving pots. The Caccavella is one of Antonino 'il Pastaio''s most ingenious inventions, patented for a European design. It is the world's largest single-serve pasta format, weighing 50g net and measuring almost 10cm in diameter. With its charm and visual appeal, 'a Caccavella is appreciated by chefs and consumers alike, who create new and exciting recipes every day.

Serving suggestion
Caccavella is a truly giant pasta, perfect for stuffing – ideal for impressing your guests! Cook the pasta al dente (about 13 minutes), drain briefly on a kitchen towel, and then arrange it in a buttered baking dish. Fill each caccavella with a savory mixture of ricotta, spinach, and Parmesan, or a flavorful Bolognese with mozzarella. Top with a little tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately – hot and flavorful!
