Valpolicella Superiore presents itself in a bright ruby red. On the nose, it unfolds delicate notes of almonds and violets, accompanied by a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is dry and velvety, with excellent structure and robust notes of cherries and plums. The long-lasting aromatics of this wine ensure an unforgettable tasting experience.

The grapes for this exceptional wine come from the hilly vineyards of Valpolicella, which face southeast and southwest. At an altitude of 250 to 300 meters above sea level, the vines grow in calcareous clay soils rich in rock fragments. The vineyards are trained using the Guyot system and have an average age of 10 to 15 years.

The grapes are harvested by hand from the end of September to mid-October. After careful picking, they are destemmed and traditionally macerated in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 12 days. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is gently pressed and aged for approximately 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it its depth and complexity.

Order the Valpolicella Superiore from Zenato today and let yourself be amazed by the quality and elegance of this first-class wine [WoA].
