Zenato's Bardolino Chiaretto captivates with its intense coral-pink color, achieved through brief maceration with the skins of the red grapes. Made from the Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties, this wine unfolds a refreshing and balanced flavor profile, perfect for any occasion.

The grapes for this Chiaretto come from the vineyards between Bardolino and Peschiera, at the foot of the hills southeast of Lake Garda. Here, on calcareous clay soils rich in rock fragments, the vines thrive under optimal conditions. The vineyards face south and southeast, guaranteeing the grapes ideal sun exposure.

The grapes are harvested from late September to early October and carefully processed. After destemming, the grapes are macerated for several hours before being gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 18°C, which preserves the wine's freshness and aromatic complexity.
