Villa Simone Frascati DOC – The classic from the heart of Lazio. If you're looking for a fresh, elegant white wine with tradition and character, then Villa Simone Frascati is the perfect choice. This wine is a true legend – it was the first label that the Villa Simone winery launched in the 1980s. And to this day, it stands for the high quality and authenticity of the Frascati region.

Made from Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano grapes, this wine reflects the essence of the volcanic soil around Frascati at an altitude of 300 meters. Its vines grow on mineral-rich hills, whose unique composition contributes to the wine's freshness, depth, and complexity.

Fresh, aromatic and versatile

The grapes are harvested by hand between mid-September and mid-October and processed with particular care. Fermentation takes place under temperature control at 14–16 °C, after which the wine matures for 3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks and a further 3 months in the bottle – for exceptional finesse and balance.
