The grapes grow on loamy soils at an altitude of 300 meters, which impart the wine with its complex structure and mineral notes. After careful hand-harvesting in mid-October, the wine undergoes a classic maceration process with 15 days of skin contact, followed by malolactic fermentation. It then matures for 24 months in barriques and a further 6 months in the bottle before developing its full expression.
