Welcome to Tunella Refosco, a wine that embodies the essence of the East Frisian hills and delights discerning palates.

Our Refosco dal peduncolo rosso thrives in the unique soils of marl and sandstone, known as "Ponca", which give the hills of East Frisia their characteristic depth and complexity.

The grapes are carefully harvested at peak ripeness in terms of sugar and carbon dioxide levels, gently destemmed, and crushed to extract the best aromas. The must ferments in contact with the grape skins, with repeated pump-overs to encourage color and tannin transfer. After complete fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, the wine is bottled in February, ready to reach its full potential.

The intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections gives this wine an aesthetic depth that takes on delicate garnet red nuances as it matures.
