The Rigoloccio Rosé Costa Toscana Rosato is cherry-pink in color. It tastes soft, fresh, and spicy, with well-defined acidity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 20 days. The rosé is aged in stainless steel tanks. It then undergoes 6 months of bottle aging [WoA].
