These wide ribbon pastas come directly from the pasta capital of Gragnano in Campania and are traditionally made – just without gluten.

Thanks to a refined blend of corn and rice flour, fettuccine retain their delicate, silky texture without falling apart during cooking. They are perfect for creamy sauces, delicate ragùs, or vegetarian dishes with mushrooms, vegetables, or cheese.
