Manuelina Solonero Pinot Nero dell´ Oltrepó Pavese DOP 2020

The Solonero Pinot Nero dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC is a bright red Pinot Noir with a floral and fruity bouquet. The grapes, hand-harvested in the vineyards surrounding the winery, are destemmed and crushed. The must ferments in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature for a period that varies from year to year. Manuelina uses selected yeasts to initiate alcoholic fermentation. The grape skins are then removed by pressing. Fine tannins are added to enhance the wine's body and elegance. After fermentation, the wine is cooled to a low temperature and clarified. Finally, the wine is filtered, stabilized, and bottled.
