The grapes for the Manuelina Pinot Grigio Fermo IGT white wine are gently pressed and hand-harvested in the vineyards surrounding the winery. The resulting free-run juice is transferred to low-temperature stainless steel tanks and cooled to extract the best aromatic compounds. Clarifying agents are then added to the juice to promote clarification. Alcoholic fermentation is initiated with selected yeasts and carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is filtered, stabilized, and bottled.
