Manuelina Pà Luigi Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOP 2018

The Manuelina Pá Luigi Bonarda dell'Oltrepó Pavese DOC is an intensely red, full-bodied wine with a floral bouquet. The grapes, hand-harvested in the vineyards surrounding the winery, are destemmed and crushed. The must ferments in contact with the grape skins at a controlled temperature, which varies from year to year. Manuelina uses selected yeasts to initiate alcoholic fermentation. The skins are then removed by pressing. Fine tannins are added to enhance the wine's body and elegance. After fermentation, the wine is cooled to a low temperature and clarified. Finally, the wine is filtered, stabilized, and bottled.
