Manuelina Filare 52 Riesling DOP 2019

The grapes for the Manuelina Filare 52 Riesling DOC are gently pressed and hand-harvested in the vineyards surrounding the winery. The resulting free-run juice is transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and cooled to extract the best aromatic compounds. The juice then undergoes clarification. Alcoholic fermentation is initiated with selected yeasts and carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is filtered, stabilized, and bottled.
