Production and Aging: For the Manara Moronalto Recioto Valpolicella Classico, carefully selected grapes are harvested by hand and gently dried to concentrate their aromas and intensify their sweetness. After fermentation, the wine undergoes careful aging in oak barrels to give it additional depth and complexity. This aging period allows the wine to develop its characteristic aromas and achieve perfect balance.

The grapes for the Manara Moronalto Recioto Valpolicella DOCG Classico are carefully selected and dried for an average of four months. The vines grow in a dedicated vineyard, the Moronalto, situated on a hilltop in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico zone. Its color is a deep, rich red.

For pressing and fermentation, the grape must is left in contact with the skins for a short time, followed by a slow fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks for 40 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 20-hectoliter stainless steel tanks. The subsequent bottle aging lasts 6 to 12 months.
