Ladogana Puglia Syrah Rosato Delicia IGT 2022

Ladogana Puglia Syrah Rosato Delicia is a very pale rosé made by gently pressing Syrah grapes and macerating them with the skins to achieve the perfect color. With a fresh taste and a lingering fruity finish, it's perfect for any occasion.

The grapes are harvested at perfect aromatic and phenolic ripeness and immediately macerated in the cellar. The wine is produced using the white winemaking process with red grapes, in contact with the skins until the desired color is achieved. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Bright pink color and a hint of fruity and spicy bouquet. It has a fresh taste and good structure and finishes with a pleasantly spicy note [WoA].
