Tarù means "to go" and "to return" in Akkadian. A musical, ancient name that evokes the constant migrations and stories of the Apulia region. A warm, soft, and deep wine made from Sangiovese grapes. A red DOP that tastes of conviviality.
The grapes are harvested at perfect aromatic and phenolic ripeness and immediately crushed in the cellar. Produced using traditional red wine vinification methods, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for approximately 8-10 days at a controlled temperature.
Deep ruby red. Vinous, very pleasant bouquet, typical of the grape variety. Dry, harmonious, full-bodied and with a moderately tannic taste [WoA].
