The Pasta di Gragnano Ziti luong la Pasta Lunga IGP are bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, resulting in a unique, high-quality product. Ziti is typically a short, tubular pasta from Italy. It resembles penne but is longer and has a smooth surface. Ziti pasta is about 5 cm long and 1.5 cm in diameter. Ziti luong, however, is the longer version.
