The Pasta di Gragnano Riccioli al Succo di Limone from the "Succo di Limone" series are refined durum wheat semolina pasta infused with fresh Sorrento IGP lemon juice. This pasta is bronze-extruded and then slowly dried at a low temperature (max. 45°C) to create a unique and high-quality product with a rough surface that allows sauces to adhere better.
