The Pasta di Gragnano Linguine a piett e palumm al Succo di Limone from the "Succo di Limone" series are refined durum wheat semolina pasta infused with fresh Sorrentine IGP lemon juice. This pasta is bronze-extruded and then slowly dried at a low temperature (max. 45°C) for a unique and high-quality product with a rough surface that allows sauces to adhere better.
