The Pasta di Gragnano ceramic pasta plates are better known in Italy as Piatto Fondo or pasta plates. These ceramic plates are used for serving pasta and other dishes with sauces. The flat plate typically has a wide rim and a shallow depression in the center to hold the pasta and sauce. The plate is also suitable for serving soups and stews. Please note: The ceramic is ideal for use in the oven (maximum 200 °C) and microwave. After use, store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and sunlight. Preferably consume the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
