The Giribaldi Barbera d'Alba Caj Superiore comes from the vineyard in Alba, located 380 meters above sea level. The vineyard covers 3.96 hectares with thin marl-limestone soil and a south-southwest orientation.

  • Color: Intense ruby red

The vineyard consists exclusively of Barbera, with various Italian clones. The training system is Guyot, with 5,000 vines per hectare. The Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore Caj has a ruby-red color. On the nose, pronounced aromas of violets and cherries. On the palate, dry, warm spice notes with hints of vanilla and red fruit. A typical Barbera with ripe fruit and fresh acidity.
