Eisch Rapid Cool cooling decanter in gift tube 769/1

The Eisch Rapid Cool crystal glass decanter is the quick solution for chilling wines or other beverages. It's always unpleasant when white wine is still a bit too warm. What can you do to quickly chill white wine to a drinkable temperature?

The company Eisch has developed an innovative solution precisely for this purpose. The Rapid Cool is a special decanter that cools white wine from room temperature to approximately 8 degrees Celsius in just 5 minutes. It also keeps already chilled wine at drinking temperature for longer than conventional decanters, especially in very warm weather. The cooling effect is not only suitable for white wines, but also for many other beverages such as water, juice, spritzers, lemonade, iced tea, etc.

It is very easy to use:

1. Place the cooling decanter in a freezer for at least 5 hours.
2. Pour the beverage to be cooled into the frozen cooler.
3. Wait a few minutes and serve a chilled drink.

After use, simply rinse the Rapid Cool with water and place it upside down to dry. You can also use the cleaning beads and detergent for this decanter. Once it is thoroughly dry, you can place it back in the freezer. However, the freezer temperature must never fall below 25°C, as otherwise the mixture inside will freeze and damage the Rapid Cool. Boiling water above 90°C will also damage the decanter and should be avoided.

The cavity of the double-walled glass carafe is filled with a mixture of water and antifreeze. While everything is food-safe, it should still not be consumed in case of damage. Furthermore, it is environmentally friendly, non-flammable, and therefore does not require labeling [WoA].

• Fragility : The double-walled RAPID COOL decanter is made of glass. Glasses and glassware are fragile and should be handled with care. Broken glass can cause injury!
• Cracks and chips : Care must be taken when using the chilled decanter. In particular, it must be protected from impacts and shocks with hard objects. Impacts and shocks can cause cracks and chips, resulting in glass shards in or around the chilled decanter. The chilled decanter should be checked for damage such as cracks or chips before and during each use. Do not use it if visible damage is found!
• Coolant not suitable for consumption : Between the two glass chambers of the double-walled cooling decanter is a mixture of water and coolant (propylene glycol), which prevents the liquid from freezing during deep freezing. The water-propylene glycol mixture is not suitable for consumption. Before and during each use, the cooling decanter must be checked for damage such as cracks. If a crack is detected, the water-propylene glycol mixture is likely to penetrate the interior of the cooling decanter and mix with the beverage inside. In this case, do not continue using the cooling decanter under any circumstances, but dispose of the entire cooling decanter, including the beverage inside!
• Health hazards from contact with the coolant mixture : The coolant used can cause redness upon skin or eye contact. If swallowed, abdominal pain, nausea, and cramps may occur.
