To produce this sparkling wine, the second fermentation process takes place in a pressure tank, the so-called autoclave. This keeps the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation dissolved in the wine, creating the desired effervescence.

It offers an efficient and cost-effective method for producing sparkling wine with a pleasant effervescence and freshness.
