Contromano Perledygloria 2020 Frizzante

The grapes for Contromano Perledygloria come from the southern part of Lake Garda. During the production of this sparkling wine, the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank known as an autoclave. This keeps the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation dissolved in the wine, creating the desired effervescence.

This production process is used in the manufacture of semi-sparkling wines and certain types of sparkling wines. It offers an efficient and cost-effective method for producing sparkling wine with a pleasant effervescence and freshness.
