Contromano Gloriosé 2020 Frizzante

The Contromano Gloriosé 2020 Frizzante is traditionally produced in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. During the production of this sparkling wine, the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank, the so-called autoclave. This ensures that the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation remains dissolved in the wine, creating the desired effervescence.

This production process is used for the manufacture of semi-sparkling wines and certain types of sparkling wines. It offers an efficient and cost-effective method for producing sparkling wine with a pleasant effervescence and freshness. The process allows for good control over the carbon dioxide content and the taste of the final product.

The Contromano Gloriosé has a medium pink color. Its bouquet is velvety with hints of red fruit and undergrowth. The taste offers a well-balanced harmony between freshness and acidity, enveloped in a delicate perlage.

Contramano is a winery with vineyards in Magnacavallo, where the Malavasi family owns an estate in a beautiful lakeside setting, specifically used for producing some refined wines. A production facility, warehouses, and aging rooms are located nearby.
