The grapes for the Conte Leopardi Risacca Falerio Pecorino DOC come from the hills of the Marche region, within its typical production area. Produced and bottled in Numana at the Azienda Agricola Conte Leopardi Dittajuti, Italy.
The grapes are harvested and immediately cooled with dry ice (CO2). After destemming, the must and skins undergo cold maceration for several hours. Following gentle pressing, the juice is fermented for approximately 10 minutes at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Aging: 2 months in stainless steel.
Straw-yellow in color with aromas of ripe peach, lovely floral notes, and tropical fruits. The wine is very palatable with good body and structure.
