In 2010, the Oberhöller family from South Tyrol began closing their confectionery shop to dedicate themselves entirely to the refinement and production of chocolate. On the one hand, they wanted to meet the increasing demand, and on the other hand, their son Michael joined the family business. This was the perfect time to significantly expand their product range. Over the years, many new flavors, pralines, spreads, and (broken) chocolates have been added.
In 2016, the chocolate factory relocated to Sarnthein, and the new shop opened simultaneously. This marked another milestone for the Oberhöller family. Production was increased, and the two brothers, Toni and Michael Oberhöller, gained significantly more space to develop new product ideas.

“Bean-to-Bar – From the bean to the bar” has been available since 2018 in the Oberhöller shop in Sarnthein and in delicatessens.
