Wine and Dine Event

We find it exciting to connect the digital and real worlds. Therefore, we are offering a series of wine tasting events in March 2020. This will give you the opportunity to meet winemakers, discover their wines, and get to know the Winetory.net team in person. The following description briefly introduces the events and their content. You will also find all the important information about what's included.

3-course menu with wine pairing

Food and wine at the Il Re Matto restaurant on March 6th in Neuburg. New series “Italian cuisine with wine pairing” by restaurateur Dario Mozzicato.

Davide Manara is currently touring Germany and will be visiting the Il Re Matto restaurant in Neuburg an der Donau on March 6, 2020, starting at 7 p.m. Restaurateur Dario will prepare a three-course menu perfectly paired with the Manara winery's excellent wines. Guests will be welcomed with a Prosecco aperitif. Between courses, the three wines Manara Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Manara Valpolicella Ripasso, and Manara Valpolicella Amarone will be offered. Winemaker Davide Manara will give an introduction to the winery and its long family tradition. He will share the story behind each wine and describe the sometimes very elaborate production process. For each course, restaurateur Dario will explain why that dish pairs so well with the featured Manara wines.
